Two ways to be assessed
You choose how we meet.
The assessment itself is identical either way. The only difference is whether we sit in the same room.

Included as standard
Here's what's included for your money.
Some providers quote a low headline price, then charge separately for the parts that make an assessment worth having. Nothing on this list is an extra.
Assessments follow NICE guidelines and go well beyond a simple diagnostic label. You get an explanation of what is actually happening, and a clear direction to move in afterwards.
In their words
What people say afterwards.
Alex approached the process with genuine care and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and I felt listened to throughout. The understanding and advice I received have made a significant difference in my life.
Adult assessment
As a parent, navigating the world of ADHD can be scary. Alex made the assessment process seamless and informative. The feedback we received was clear and actionable, allowing us to take meaningful steps forward.
Parent, child assessment
I spent ages debating whether to invest in an ADHD assessment, and I am so glad I finally did. Getting clear answers made a huge difference. It felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders, and I wish I had done it sooner.

About me · Dr Alex Hull
The same clinician, from the first call to the final report.
I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC, and I have been assessing ADHD since 2014. I trained in the NHS, where I learned to work to recognised clinical standards, and I have completed many hundreds of assessments since.
Every part of your assessment is carried out by me. There is no rota, and nobody you have not met picks up your case halfway through.
I have a reason for caring about this. I struggled badly with concentration at school and again at university, and I finished my doctorate a year after the people I started with. I know how it feels to work twice as hard for the same result without knowing why.
What you get at the end is an explanation rather than a label. I will tell you honestly what I have found, what I think it means, and the direction I would move in next.
